What is your return/exchange policy?

No Refunds or Returns, Exchanges are available 14 days after receiving your order through our exchange portal only.

We allow the exchange of purchased items for a different size within 14 days. Once the exchange request is approved, the replaced item will usually be shipped to you within 7-10 business days once we have received the returned item.

How do I ship back the items?

For instructions on how to ship the returned products, please refer to the email received after placing the return request.

Acceptable Items

We will only exchange an item that is new with tags only.

Where is my order?

Orders typically take 5-7 business days to process and ship, plus standard transit time from the location it ships from.

Unlike most online retailers, we ship from our physical retail locations across the country — every order is hand-packed by our team rather than pulled from a centralized warehouse. This is part of what makes us different, and it means a little extra care goes into every package.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow it the rest of the way.

A few things to know:

  • Processing time (5-7 business days) is separate from transit time
  • We don't currently offer expedited or guaranteed-date shipping
  • If it's been longer than expected, reach out at info@allstarelite.com and we'll track it down for you
