Shipping policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 5-7 business days. Because we ship from our physical retail locations across the country, every order is picked, packed, and inspected by hand — not pulled from an automated warehouse. This is part of what makes shopping with us different.

Transit Time Once your order ships, standard transit times apply based on your delivery location. Domestic orders typically arrive within 3-7 business days after shipping. You'll receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.

Shipping Rates Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and destination. Orders over $110 ship free within the United States.

Expedited Shipping We do not currently offer expedited or guaranteed-date shipping. Please plan accordingly if your order is time-sensitive.

Order Issues If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors and your local carrier first. If you still can't locate it, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date and we'll help resolve it.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your package arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, reach out within 7 days of the expected delivery date with photos (if applicable) and your order number. We'll work with the carrier to make it right.

Address Changes We're unable to make address changes once an order has been processed. Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout.
