Subscription Box Policy
All Stars Premium Sportswear LLC · Effective upon enrollment
Shipping All subscription boxes ship free to the continental United States. Shipping is included in your subscription price — no minimums, no hidden fees. Tracking information will be sent to the email on file once your box ships.
Billing & Cancellation Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or as selected at checkout). You may cancel at any time before your next billing date with no penalty or cancellation fee. Cancellations must be submitted prior to your next renewal date to avoid being charged for the upcoming cycle. Once a billing cycle has processed, the associated box will ship as scheduled. Cancellations do not result in a refund for the current billing period.
Returns & Exchanges Due to the curated nature of our subscription boxes, all box sales are final. Returns and exchanges are not accepted. If you believe you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery and we will review your case individually.
General All Stars Premium Sportswear LLC reserves the right to modify subscription pricing, box contents, or tier structures with advance notice to active subscribers. Subscription pricing is subject to applicable taxes based on your shipping address. By subscribing, you agree to these terms and authorize recurring charges to your payment method on file.
